You will register for your own parent/guardian account. Then, you must register your child for each sport in which they would like to participate.
If you want to upload with pictures you MUST register on your phone otherwise you will need a file on your computer.
If you are missing something, we will send you an email asking for that information.

All Student Athletes must complete all required paperwork before athletic participation is permitted.The athletic and nursing departments will work to make sure your student athlete is cleared before the start of the season. However, they cannot guarantee a student athlete will be cleared in time unless the paperwork is fully complete and turned in on the below due dates.
Summer Paperwork High School ONLY Due 6/14/2024 - Registration Opens on 5/1/2024 - Registration is Closed
All sports that plan to meet in the summer for conditioning and weight training should have a summer registration completed.
(Physical Clearance Date - Can not expire on or before 6/9/2024 for all sports)
Complete both summer and fall registration if your physical is valid through fall sports 2024. Check below in fall section for valid physical dates.
Fall Paperwork for High School Due 6/14/2024 - Registration Opens 5/27/2024 - Registration is Closed.
Football, Field Hockey, Boys and Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Cross Country, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball, Surfing, Fall Cheerleading, Weight Training
(Physical Clearance Date - Can not expire on or before 8/11/2024 for football and tennis, and 8/18/2024 for all other high school sports, and 9/15/2024 for Middle School)
Fall Paperwork for Middle School Due 9/9/2024 - Registration Opens 8/12/2024 - Registration is Closed
Boys and Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Cross Country, Field Hockey
(Physical Clearance Date - Can not expire on or before 9/9/2024 for all sports)
Winter Paperwork Due 11/1/2023 for High School and Middle School - Registration Opens on 9/16/2024 - Registration is Closed
Boys and Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Swimming, Dance/Cheer/Pom, Bowling, Weight Training
(Physical Clearance Date - Can not expire on or before 11/25/2024 for all sports)
Spring Paperwork Due 2/21/2025 for High School and Middle School- Registration Opens on 1/6/2025 - Registration is CLOSED
Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Baseball, Softball, Boys Tennis, Boys and Girls Track and Field, Golf, Weight Training, Middle School Volleyball
(Physical Clearance Date - Can not expire on or before 3/10/2025 for boys tennis and 3/13/2025 for all other sports.)
Weightlifting Paperwork - Will remain open throughout the year. Clearance will be based on physical dates. You must have a valid physical at the start of each new season to remain cleared to use the weight room during that season. Physical cannot expire on or before the following dates: Summer 6/9/2024, Fall 8/12/2024, Winter 11/25/2024, Spring 3/10/2025.
